oral/injection preparation for poultry

INDICATION
Coccidiosis (blood-stained droppings, weakness, soiled wings, ruffled feathers)
Pullorum (whitish droppings, appear to be feeling cold)
Coryza (cold, swollen face)
Fowl cholera (greenish droopings, dyspnea, swelling of wattle and comb)
CRD (snoring)

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
• Drinking water (for packing > 20 ml)

  • Prevention:
    3 ml per 1 liter of drinking water or 0.6 ml per kg of body weight. Administer to chickens starting at the age of 2 weeks by the 3-2-3 method, i.e.: 3 days of treated drinking water, 2 days of plain drinking water, and 3 days of treated drinking water
  • Treatment:
    3 ml per 0.5 liter of drinking water or 1.2 ml per kg of body weight. Administer by the 3-2-3 method or for 5 consecutive days

• Injection (for packing 20 ml)
   Administer once per day 0.4 ml per kg of body weight by intramuscular injection for 3-5 consecutive days

For chickens that are severely ill
Administer Sulfamix once a day by dropping carefully through the mouth onto the tongue with dose as follow :

Immediately followed by dropping a lot of drinking water

CAUTION
Stop giving Sulfamix 3 days before poultry is slaughtered for human consumption
Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry and cool place, protected from direct sunlight
