Chemotherapeutic antibacterial
TRIMEZYN BOLUS is a bolus preparation containing a synergistic combination of Sulfadiazine and Trimethoprim. TRIMEZYN BOLUS is active against almost all gram (-) and gram (+) bacteria.
2 boluses
– Treat gastrointestinal tract infections
– Treat respiratory tract infections
– Protects uterus against bacterial infections (endometritis, metritis)
– Oral: 1 bolus per 50 – 70 kg of body weight for 5 days
– Intrauterine (after giving birth):
● Cattle: 2 boluses
● Pig, goat, sheep: 1 bolus
Followed by oral administration of 1 bolus per 50 – 70 kg of body weight for 5 days
