On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the Animal Drug Quality Testing and Certification Center (BBPMSOH) convened the Public Service Communication Forum at Gedung Semeru, BBPPMVP Business and Tourism, Depok. The forum sought to disseminate and assess established public service standards, while providing a strategic platform for stakeholders to engage in meaningful dialogue and foster collaborative synergies.
The event drew 150 participants, comprising industry practitioners, academics, students, and government representatives. It commenced with opening remarks by the Chairman of ASOHI, followed by presentations from the Ombudsman of Indonesia and BBPMSOH, outlining initiatives to enhance public service excellence. The forum also featured recognition and awards honoring exemplary contributions from individuals and institutions within the animal drug sector.
